This facility is sited on a parcel in a suburban shopping center. The design was dictated by a fixed floor plan and a deed restriction mandating aesthetic conformance with a “strip mall” of dubious architectural merit. With strong support from the client, we creatively interpretated these restrictions and came up with unique building which responds to its suburban landscape.
